My name is Olivia Frempong and I am the CEO of LivFit 413 LLC. I am a licensed group fitness instructor, Personal Trainer, and certified run coach. My mission at LivFit is to provide a fun and safe fitness ministry community for people, all ages and all fitness levels no matter where they are in their journeys.
